Erotic romance has always been a guilty pleasure for me. I love reading it and I love writing it. For those of you that have read my other excerpts you might agree that the intimate scenes tend to be more “loving” than anything else. While Pavarus is about Remus and Wesley, there are two characters that I haven’t introduced you to yet – Zane and Larken. Their scene takes it to a whole other level. I pushed my comfort zone just a tiny bit for these two men and I’ve come to find out that I kind of like it.
I’ve recently expressed my New Year’s resolution is to have the last 3 books of the Finding Home Series finished by December 2013, but now I’m also adding in the resolution to broaden my horizon with the kinkier side of erotic romance. I’m in the process of writing a light BDSM book – though I haven’t gotten too far because I’m definitely wet behind the ears when it comes to BDSM – but it is my goal to have that manuscript finished as well in 2013. I might even try to slip some kinkiness into my Finding Home Series.
The below excerpt is by no means BDSM, but I do hope you all enjoy a little taste of the slightly rougher side of my writing.
Excerpt (R)
Larken gasped as the cool air of the room danced over the hot flesh of his erection.
“Strip,” Zane growled.
He didn’t have to be told twice. He grabbed the hem of his shirt and pulled it over his head. His heart pounded in his chest as he toed off his boots. Zane just stood back, rubbing himself through his pants as he watched Larken undress. It was the sexiest thing Larken had ever seen—his dick jumped at the sight and he quickened his pace and stripped his pants off.
Naked and suddenly finding it harder to breathe, he waited for Zane to come to him. Zane took his mouth again in a bruising kiss and Larken gave it back just as hard.
Without warning, Zane flipped him around to face the wall. Larken hissed when his dick touched the cold stone. Zane’s body covered his and pressed him harder into the wall.
“Yes,” Larken breathed.
Another shiver shot down his spine when he heard the man growl behind him. Larken moaned when he felt one of Zane’s hands move between them to loosen his own pants. Zane’s other hand came up and Larken gladly welcomed two of his fingers into his mouth. He sucked hard, pulling another growl from Zane.
“That’s it,” Zane rumbled in his ear, “get them good and wet.”
Larken whimpered again when Zane pulled his hand away. He felt Zane nudge his left butt cheek to the side before his wet fingers circled over the puckered rim of Larken’s hole. He felt himself relaxing as Zane lightly massaged the area. He pushed back against the fingers and gasped when both breached him at the same time. The pain was intense, but quickly faded away as Zane moved his fingers in and out.
He rested his head back against Zane’s shoulder and the ends of the man’s braids tickled his ear.
Larken cried out and pushed back harder when Zane curled his fingers, rubbing over the walnut-sized sweet spot in him with every pump of his hand.
“Now,” Larken moaned. “Fuck, Zane, I can’t take it. Do it now.”
Zane growled behind him again as he pulled his fingers from Larken’s ass.
Larken wanted to complain about the sudden feel of emptiness, but his breath was pushed from his lungs when Zane entered him in one swift thrust. He stood there, panting, trying desperately to get used to the fullness.
